The United States and Canada are domestic markets for our company. Subject to credit approval, we offer reasonable standard terms for payment, freight prepaid shipment, Co-op advertising, etc.
Our products are generally marketed through distribution. In places where we do have adequate distribution, we would, of course, forward retailer inquiries to these established distributors. As well, we have a network of independent sales agencies throughout North America. When we receive new inquiries, it is our policy to refer to these agents for proper and timely service.
In areas or market segments where we have not yet established distributors, we have a very modest policy for prepaid freight. It allows all retailers to purchase product directly from our factory without investing heavily in our line, while eliminating freight costs.
United States Trade Customers
Orders are shipped to you from our facility in Blaine, WA. As a NAFTA manufacturer, there is virtually no duty and we issue invoices in US dollars. We have a toll free fax order line for your convenience. When you deal with our company, you will find it no different than dealing with your local suppliers.

As we have operated our business in Canada since 1988, we have a considerable network of established distributors across the country. If you belong to a cooperative warehouse or support a particular distributor, chances are they already stock some of our core products.

International Trade Customers
All countries outside of the USA and Canada are considered export at this time. For Export marketing partners, we can facilitate CIF or FOB Vancouver, B.C., Canada shipments. Depending on circumstances, we accept payment either by Telegraphic funds transfer or L/C. We have a very professional and economical freight forwarder than can arrange reasonable and timely air and ocean shipments.
Advertising and Promotion Support
Whether or not you deal with our company directly, we offer financial and logistic support for advertising and promotion of our products. Here are just some of the ways we can help:
Graphic and advertising design
We operate a dedicated in house studio that can provide basics such as line art, right up to finished colour layouts for catalogues, brochures and flyers. We can provide all artworks on a disc, thru internet, or traditional paper output. These services are usually free of charge.
Special displays and planograms
We can help you determine the best ways in which to merchandise our line. We have many different displays which work with blister-carded or bulk products.
Our policy regarding defective product in retail or warehouse situations is to have the product replaced from your existing stock to your customer. Replacement should only be made in accordance with our consumer product guarantee, as follows:
The Picquic Guarantee
All Picquic products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship as long as you own them, and will be either repaired or replaced free of charge in the event of legitimate failure. Our products are not guaranteed in the event of abuse, misuse or neglect, which means you must only use the product for its intended purpose and ensure it is properly stored while not in use. i.e.: Our screwdrivers are only intended for driving screws and not to be used as chisels, and some metal parts will rust if kept in damp locations.
Because the bits in Picquic screwdrivers and Bitpacs are made to function in power driven applications, they can wear over time, and are not subject to this guarantee. This exclusion also applies to accessories we produce such as the detachable shanks that come with our Super 8 Plus drivers.
Assuming the conditions of the above guarantee are met and you have replaced the product to your customer, this is our defective fulfillment process:
1. Send us a fax, E-mail or telephone call noting the quantity and SKU # you have replaced.
2. Upon receipt of above, we will issue a return goods authorization with specific routing details.
3. The RGA will note whether we will pick up defectives, arrange freight or authorize destruction.
4. If goods are authorized for destruction, we will issue a credit note within a reasonable time.
5. If goods are to be returned for examination, we will only issue a credit note after we have determined that the guarantee conditions have been met.
6. Under no circumstances are defectives to be returned to us contrary to this procedure and any freight collect shipments will not be accepted without our prior authorization.
Please note that due to our extremely low overall defective rate, it is a sensible approach to 'save up' defectives over a period of time to avoid unnecessary and mutually costly transactions.
